You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. After notifying us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the product.

Once your return has been accepted, you will receive a refund for the full order amount, including the cost of standard delivery. Any additional amount paid for express or premium delivery will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect. The cost will depend on the delivery service you choose.

When exercising your right to cancel, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. Sealed pet-care products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons may not be eligible for return once unsealed, unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, provided it has been returned in an acceptable condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

In addition to your statutory cancellation rights, PetsPath offers a 60-day return period, subject to the conditions stated in this policy.
